CIRCULAR COLD SAW
DESIGNED FOR CUTTING
Scotchman Industries® offers the
SUP-600 NF, an upcut circular cold
saw designed specifically for cutting
nonferrous material. It features a 24-in.,
132-tooth carbide blade that is capable of
producing round cuts up to 9 in. diameter
and rectangular cuts up to 15 by 6 in.
This upcut saw coupled with the
company’s AngleMaster measuring
system creates a semiautomatic,
programmable saw system that
automatically rotates to any cut angle,
pushes material into the saw, and
automatically rotates to the next desired
angle. It delivers a completely finished
part. Cut lists can be stored on its 21-in.
Standard features include an adjustable
feed rate; mitreing capability with fixed
stops at 22. 5, 45, 90, - 45, and - 22. 5
degrees; two horizontal and two vertical
pneumatic clamps to secure material
being cut; and a 41⁄2-in. port for chip
collection plus a drawer under the bottom
of the saw. The saw is available in 230-
and 460-V configurations.
